Uzbekistan Temir Yollari (Uzbekistan Railways) is planning to realize 28 projects in 2016 and use investments for US$801.03 million and attract US$799.22 million.

Uzbekistan announces tender for construction of Turakurgan thermal power station
Uzbekenergo announced a tender for construction of Turakurgan thermal power station in Namangan region on 29 December 2015.According to the company, tender is announced for construction of two units of 450 MW combined cycle power facilities at Turakurgan power station. The tender proposals will be received till 30 March 2016.
