Congratulations to the new Ambassador of Italy to Uzbekistan Piergabriele Papadia de Bottini

The Italy-Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce wishes to extend its heartfelt congratulations to H.E. Piergabriele Papadia de Bottini on the start of his mandate as Ambassador of Italy to Uzbekistan.

CIUZ had the honor of participating in the Ambassador’s introduction ceremony, during which Italian companies, institutions, and universities working with Uzbekistan shared their journeys and activities in the country. The Chamber’s President, Giorgio Veronesi, delivered a brief speech highlighting the initiatives promoted by CIUZ and its pivotal role in supporting Italian companies entering the Uzbek market. It was a significant moment to reaffirm our support for the Italian diplomatic mission and to contribute to strengthening bilateral relations through the Chamber’s activities.

On this occasion, we would also like to express our deep gratitude to Ambassador Agostino Pinna for his outstanding work during his tenure. His efforts were instrumental in consolidating ties between Italy and Uzbekistan and ensuring the success of many initiatives jointly carried out with our Chamber.
