On June 19th, the course “Project & Portfolio Management in the Banking Sector” concluded at the Graduate School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano.
Giuseppe Ferrario, Executive Vice President of the Chamber, and Roberto Mori, CIUZ Advisor with responsibilities in the University sector, attended the certificate award event and delivered brief welcome speeches.
The GSoM project, in collaboration with UDEA University of Tashkent, a CIUZ member, hosted a group of managers from Agrobank, the leading public bank in Uzbekistan. The training program, aimed at managers in the banking sector, was designed to provide advanced skills in managing projects and portfolios of various sizes.
In addition to providing a solid theoretical foundation, the course included a practical section through a business game designed for the occasion; in this context, participants had the opportunity to engage in a realistic simulation through workgroups.
